Forklift servicing and repairs
We have a number of fully qualified specialist forklift engineers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for service, repairs and maintenance. Our engineers carry out preventative servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs, with the aim of keeping downtime to a minimum in a live warehouse.
Because VNA trucks are our speciality, we understand guided aisle systems, high masts and the safety systems that come with them, as well as reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts.

LOLER thorough examinations
Lifting equipment needs regular thorough examination. We provide forklift thorough examinations in line with applicable LOLER requirements, helping you meet your equipment safety obligations and keep records in order.
LOLER examinations can be booked alongside servicing so your trucks are only off the floor once.

VNA installation and commissioning
Getting a VNA truck into position is a specialist job. It takes lift planning, experienced engineers, the right lifting equipment and careful coordination, often with restricted headroom and a warehouse that still has to run.
Our health and safety van attends every VNA installation, travelling with our in-house health and safety officer and appointed person, Steve Wheelan, who oversees lifting operations and machinery movements. You get a named, qualified point of contact for the whole job.
Transport and relocation
Forklift operator training
Training for new operators, refresher training for experienced drivers, and training on particular truck types, including VNA and reach trucks. Courses can cover safe operation, pre-use checks, load handling, working around racking and pedestrian awareness.

Forklift parts and battery servicing
We supply new and second-hand forklift parts and service traction batteries. Battery condition has a big effect on productivity and running costs, so it is one of the first things we check on any truck.
